I would never put my worst enemy into this place, yet alone someone i love. Management sucks the most, put in an application and to no avail nobody gets back to you. Horrible way to do business.
If I could rate this zero stars I would. Let's first start with the company. A R Building company is one of the shadiest companies when it comes to rental properties. If you have a complaint or an issue that cannot be resolved with the property management, you cannon contact AR Building Co because there is no way to contact them! Tenants are "not authorized" to receive any information on the company they send their money to.
