We had them come out and give us an estimate last year before we decided to get our heat pump replaced . Our air handler was in worse condition than they thought but fixed all the issues for the quoted price . They basically rebuilt the whole air handler and how it was mounted in the attic. The York two speed system has worked well through last summer and this winter . It has saved us money on our electric bill in Chandler and SRP has dropped our monthly equalizer payment several times since they finished . I would recommend... read more

Guess who was without heat on New Year's Eve? Ironically the same time Phoenix has snow, I found my self frozen!!! A-Quality Refrigeration, showed at 7:56 am for their 8:00 am appointment. I needed a new ignite switch, special order of course. Daniel went to supply store, promised it would be fixed by Monday after holiday...if not later that same day.
