RecommendedI have been doing business with A-Quality for nearly 20 years. I first hired them because I was told by another firm that I needed a major expense on an older AC unit. Mark the owner of A-Quality looked at it and recommend much less work, and I have used him & his crew ever since then. Mark and his crew are punctual, knowledgeable, fairly priced and honest! They also do a good job of explaining the issue in layman's terms. They also do appliance repair. I highly recommend them!

After an exhaustive time of dealing with the Air Conditioner company contracted with my home owners warranty - A-Quality Refrigeration came to my rescue and worked with my home warranty company to explain to them I needed my AC unit replaced. I had a problem with my a/c unit for 3weeks and two other companies could not fix it . I called A-QUALITY REFRIGERATION and in less than 24hours they were in my house and fixed the problem that same day .. they were very professional and really knew what they were doing!!! I highly recommend A-Quality. On a very busy hot Saturday, I had fast service at a very reasonable cost. My 1st floor ac stopped working the night before, which was the same day another company came out to do a "System Rejuvenation" service for both ac units for $244. Both of my units were working fine, I just wanted a tune up on the 10 year old units. Of course this another company found the same issue with both units and wanted to charge me $668 to fix both. If you want a company that does quality work, gives fast service and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg, Please contact them. My air conditioning unit failed and they had a new one in within 36 hours. They were friendly, answered all of your questions, and I can't say enough about them. Other than they are great!!!
