The company is great, Alex is top notch and extremely professional and patient with all my questions. He took the time to fully explain the process and the steps that need to take place, including county inspections. He was responsive and communicated well and he and his team arrived when they said they would, which is rare these days. Technician came by to diagnose an issue I had with my pool pump. He was prompt, and courteous. Turns out it was my pump and not a power issue but I was not charged for the visit or diagnosis. I will be calling A Power for any future electrical issues in the future! Thank you.
The team did an excellent job installing my mini split system. They were professional, on time, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The installation was clean, efficient, and the system has been running great. Highly recommend!
