The first time somrone came from this company he said he went to Fergusons in Killeen and they gave him a broke thermostat (really?) and he had to order a new one. It wasnt scheduled to be here until 6 days later on a Monday. That Monday, someone came and "fixed" my water heater at 8 pm (appointment was supposed to be 5 hours prior).
