I needed immediate storage and they were readily available with what I needed. I was able to reserve my unit online, hassle free. Upon paying for my unit online, I was immediately given an access code to open the gate. A heavy duty lock was supplied and waiting inside the unit. That was great because I had forgotten to buy one in my haste to move. I ended up only needing the unit for 2 days so I called to let them know. I recommend this storage business to all that have this need. I have used them twice and have received exceptional service! Kimberly was a huge help, got set up over the phone and closed out over the phone so the process was very easy! I was only able to give a 5 star review would would actually rate them as a 10! I just closed our account with Affordable storage guys in knoxville after 4yrs of outstanding service with them & it was a simple call, as simple as the day we first signed up & rented our unit.... Several very professional folks I had the pleasure dealing with over this time, but Mikaela has always been the name I remembered throughout answering any questions or concerns I may of had. I definitely will not hesitate to call her up if I'm ever in need of a storage unit in the future. Thanks for making everything so simple.

I've had the same unit since around 2017 and rental rates have increased every single year since this company was bought out several years ago. Nothing has changed but my unit costs almost double now. Oh, and now there's a 2% charge to pay with a card. Nothing special about this place, so if you can find cheaper, go for it.
