First of all we had to pay an application fee I think it was 60 dollars or so just to even see a house that they had. The town house we choose was way over priced for what it had to it the bedrooms were so small you could not even fit a bed and a dresser in there. But the main reason you should not move into any of their houses is that fact that they nickel and dime you when you move out.... they charged us 425 to paint the "whole" house which didn't even need it. So where do I start? I have rented an apt from this management because I just got stationed here with my husband at Ft. Campbell. I can say my experience with them have been horrible! They are great examples of you get what you pay for!! So I moved in, the paint job was shotty, touch the walls, doors and the paint rubs off because he only put one layer of coat on, and probably didn't clean the walls either.
