Stay away from this business. The owner is unprofessional and unethical. Will NOT returned your calls and will ignore your messages. They are unorganized and only the owner can provide answers. She will never be available for you and wouldn't returned your calls. You will be overcharge! Find someone else to manage your property.

Unethical and unprofessional! I singed a property management contract with them in May of 2015. Around October I started having issues with late and missing payments. At first Kelly Kellet (the owner) stated that she was having issues with my bank. After switching my bank to a local bank she then stated that my tenant was not paying her rent on time or at all. A+ Realty currently manages our property in Clarksville, or at least they did until 31 December 2015. This is when they "transferred" our contract to another property management company. Unfortunately, this is illegal as you cannot transfer a contract without approval of all parties. We were informed of the transfer 2 days after it had occurred on Saturday, 2 January 2016. Stay as far away from this company as you can. The woman that owns it is dishonest. They are very disorganized and you can not trust anything that is told to you. I honestly feel she is a pathological liar. I can only speak as someone who had them manage a couple rental homes and not as a renter. DO NOT have them manage your property you will regret it.

Rented from them for 4 1/2 years. We always paid on time and took care of the house we rented. We had to call them every year to renew our contract, would of thought that was their job. Getting repairs done is difficult and a slow process. We had an "ok" experience renting through them but after giving our notice due to a pcs move (more than a 30 day notice as required) they would not agree to a reasonable date for our move out inspection, and since we had to move based on our timeline we could not be there for the walk thro... read more

A+ Realty has managed our home for about 8 years and we absolutely love them and their service. We just want to thank them--on such short notice--for making time for my wife to meet the Tenants and do a walk-through at our property. Thank you Kelly Kellett for making time when you really had no time, so that she would be able to travel further after the visit. Being able to see the house in the morning instead of in the afternoon, (let alone on a Saturday) indeed did make the difference between her having to spend another ni... read more
