We had a hidden water leak that turned out to be much more serious than we initially thought. Luis was able to come out the same day, quickly locate the source of the leak, and identify deteriorated pipes that were causing the issue. Because the leak had been ongoing, it also led to mold concerns, which made timing critical. I became aware of this when they came out to give me an estimate for cleaning my septic tank. They gave me an absurd price at first, but then offered me a discount if I left a review before the work was completed. Very dubious; I chose to use a different plumber instead. I can only imagine
