I'm sharing my experience because I feel that Andy tries but trying is not always good enough. I reach out to them on Oct 4, 2024 about leak detection needless to say they took 8 days to come for the initial service call. I was very patient. I had to beg them to finish the service! Andy did give me a discount however, my pool equipment was set on a level that caused issues. They also did not ask me if I wanted to re-fill the pool they just took it on themselves to fill it up. They are leak-detection not pool specialist!
Great work! I thought that I had a real large problem. I might have to break up lots of concrete to get to a leak. The team at A-Plus have special tools to find the leak. I was so wrong about what the problem was. They found it and repaired it in a short amount of time. Big problem was really an easy fix. Thank you so much. Oh, I am a master plumber and thought I knew pool plumbing. I bow to the experts.
Great experience, we had a pressure test and dye test performed. Leaks were identified and fixed via skimmer injection and epoxy around the return nozzles. Shoutout to Oz and Jimmy, very knowledgeable and helpful.
