Complete lack of communication and accountability. When I was able to reach someone they got off the phone with me as quickly as possible and never ever returned any of my calls nor followed up with what they said they would do. When I finally canceled my policies they failed to ensure it was canceled, even though I had confirmation via Docusign, and I found out 3 months later when my escrow jumped up considerably.
