I had been a regular patient that went religiously 3 times per year for about 8 years. About 5 years ago I " fell of the dental wagon". I started with an insurance issue, got delayed and then became habitual. Eventually I was too embarrassed to return. I finally went back yesterday and they could not have been more accommodating and understanding. No lecture, just a great attitude about the priority of getting my dental health back in line.
