Cons: - Left loose screws in my laptop I asked them to replace my fans and fix an issue with the keyboard. - Did not replace fan - Did nothing to the keyboard Paid for rush service. Held it over the weekend, still charged for the speedup (ok, fair enough). Pros: Did replace my battery.

I've had ongoing issues with my MACPro Laptop for over three months. The technician (Shane Ofoia) arrived at my work site shortly after I contacted the company, and thoroughly inspected my system and the surrounding environment in which I work. He proved to be a dedicated, hard working representative of the company and completely overhauled my computer and fixed the multiple issues that were causing the problems. Great job cleaning and protecting laptop.
Complete waste of time: They wanted 200 just to mount a CPU cooler, whatever I didnt want to deal with it. They assure me they could deal with it and had additional brackets. Soon as I drive back home from traffic they call and tell me they cant do it. No alternatives, no advice. just wasted my time. Wont be back anytime soon.
