They've been incredible responsive during this challenging time and have helped me figure out not only the cheapest way to get my computer fixed, but also the safest with COVID-19. They are also super thorough in their diagnosis of an issue and lay it out in very understandable terms with excellent instructions of what happened and what needs to be fixed.
They totally know what they’re doing!! I went in today because I couldn’t figure out what was taking up storage on my computer. They helped clean everything up in a couple of minutes and showed me how to maintain it. So thankful!

I love these guys! I dropped off old trusty (aka my Windows 7 machine) and asked if they could spruce things up and fix a weird error message. They found that something quirky was happening and freed up half of my disk space, fixed the weird error message and slimmed down my start up programs. My computer started faster than it has in years, it has more space than I thought possible and all of this was done for a fair price with same day service (that was lucky timing). The DVD player on my son's laptop was broken. Based on other positive reviews, I emailed them with questions and a request for service. I received a prompt response and service that day. Very professional and reasonably priced.
Response to phone was very fast. Had a simple Ethernet card question. The answers were fast and very informative. Even suggested places that I might be able to get, since they do not have them for my OLD comp. Thank You Very Much Bill H.
Highly recommend. My daughter dropped her notebook on accident and recently spilled soup in another notebook just like it. They had no problem in diagnosing the problem and making one good machine out of two bad ones. Keeping their phone number handy. Thank you guys OH, and open 7 days a week !!! (y)
