Cassie was our son’s therapist for over a year. He had been experiencing a lot of insecurity and frustration at school. Cassie helped our son develop coping strategies, improve his positive self-talk, and open up about the good and bad things of life. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
I met with Cassandra for only a few sessions, but we clicked right away and I am so grateful to have met her. She really helped me understand where my anxiety/stress was stemming from and gave me realistic tips for taking care of myself. Highly recommend :)
Cassie Rude was my therapist for a limited time, but she was amazing. I have had multiple therapists in the past that just approached me wrong and didn't make me feel very comfortable, but Cassie knew how to approach me and help me understand my traumas. We were able to uncover deep things that were hiding behind a mask for years. She did a great job of holding space for me to truly vent and let it all out.
