A PLACE AT HOME sincerely cares about the patient and the family. Jerry Shin is very reliable and follows through on every detail. I had the unfortunate experiences to utilize the services of 3 other NEGATIVE agencies before I met Jerry and A PLACE AT HOME.
Very responsive administrators, who make home visits and check in often to make sure we are happy with the caregiving. We have used two caregivers, both were qualified, kind and prompt. The first one was not a good fit for my father but she didn’t really good work. We let management know and our preferences were met. My father is happy and well cared for.
Great job finding a place for my wife. Will use them again if we have too.
Jerry was very helpful in finding caregivers for my mother, who had come to stay with us due to health issues. Caregiver Amanda was stellar and provided excellent companionship and care. Unfortunately, Mom's issues became acute and we had to get other services, but would recommend. Each caregiver is an individual, of course, so your mileage may vary.
A Place At Home Was able to provide me same-day service for the care I needed.
