These are the most amazing people you could ever know. I have been paying on my baby's service for over a year and they have been like family through every contact. When I went in with my baby yesterday they were the Goddess's angels to me and my son during this terribly painful time. My Rufus was almost 14 yrs when I brought him in yesterday. I can't say enough about them. I was just informed that his service has been done this morning. Blessed Be to you.

I recently had to take my dog of 17 years here. Took my other dog Homey here 2 years ago. They are phenomenal....their compassion is like no other. They totally understand that they are not just a pet, they are family. Thank you for making it as easy as possible with Bobtail on Wednesday. Kind & understanding people who understand the pain that comes with such a terrible loss. They took in our sweet Houdini and handled him with such care as if he were their own. We lost him suddenly and were not home when he passed which left us with such a devastating feeling of loss. Their service they provided helped us with our unprepared goodbyes and comforted us beyond words. We are thankful beyond words for everything they did for us.

My 7 year old ferret passed away unexpectedly. He was one of God's most loving creatures and he was very important to my family. Not only was his memory treated professionally, but the owner went into grief counseling with me over the phone helping me get over my guilt about washing his bed, not knowing that the end was days away. So very caring & compassionate! Made me feel like an amazing bunny "mommy" bc they'd never come across an 11yr old bunny. Definitely recommend them to any furbaby parent.
