We had to put our sweet Smokey down Wednesday. On Thursday we received his ashes along with some wonderful poems, readings and a lock of his hair. Thank you for treating him with such kindness and respect.
They are so amazing! We tragically lost our dog yesterday and they were great about getting her cremated and back to us (same day) with ease. We have used them twice now, both times differently, the first time it was through our vet and this time it was in person. Both great experiences. I want to say thank you for helping with the loss of our fur babies.

I can’t say enough about how A Pet’s Memory helped us through Malani’s death. We were on a cruise ship when she passed away, the only way I had to communicate was email. I emailed them my situation and my wishes and the next morning I received a reply saying they had picked her up from the emergency vet and would take care of her for us.
