I had to make the most difficult decision on Monday March 22nd 2021 to put my little sweet Elizabeth to sleep so that she wouldn't suffer anymore. I am truly devastated. I talked to them on the phone and they were so kind and compassionate. I received my baby Elizabeth back today after cremation. They did such a beautiful and wonderful job. I cannot thank you enough for taking such good care of my sweet little girl.

Staff was respectfully and very comforting. Service was outstanding, wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else.
From the phone call to let them know our Charlotte passed, to when they came and got her, to when we picked her up, everyone was so sweet and so easy to work with. Y’all made one of our hardest days so much easier. Thank you for your kindness and compassion during our loss. I can not explain how much I appreciate you all.
We lost two dogs this year! A Pet’s Memory provides a much needed service. They are the most loving compassionate people I’ve ever met! They treated our babies with the love and care we would do ourselves. I cannot say enough great things about this place.
Highly recommend for pet cremation! I felt so comfortable and loved and my baby was well taken care of. 15 years with my furr baby so I was extremely picky and protective of him. A Pets Memory has been there for me through two pets passing. Last year and again this year. Both times I had my babies back in my arms the same day. Their staff are professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind. Recently I brought both pets urns in to get help opening them so I can send remains out to have beads made. They were so quick and kind. They made the transition for me both times so much easier, I will be forever grateful for them. They really set the bar high for the industry. Thank you.
