This place is very unprofessional and does not have time management. If a patient has an appointment at 10 we should not be waiting until 12 to be seen. Either have a better scheduling system or don’t double book if you don’t have the manpower to complete the task.

I called them for an appointment and I was given a date and time. They text me several times and I always confirmed my appointment. I rearranged my day and went to my dental appointment. I was told that I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them the text message and phone number and they said that they didn’t know how that happened! I am in pain and in the need of help!! I was rescheduled for a filling due to a broken tooth. When I showed up, I was told that they had called me and left a message telling me that the dentist who does the fillings didn’t work there anymore. They left NO MESSAGE. I went there for no reason and wasted my time. How dare they lie straight to my face! Very unprofessional

Front desk lady unprofessional called in she placed me on hold then disconnected call she then called again had to be on hold again and she acted she couldn’t hear me I knew she could because I could hear my echo she disconnected again. Very rude.

Very hard to deal with insisting somebody be in the office with me the entire time of my procedure because I'm being put under when I said I had somebody to help me into the ride I had set up were going to help me from the dentist office to the ride but wanting somebody in there with me because of emergency .no sense to hear somebody else to take off work for three hours to just make phone calls in case of emergency when your receptionist can do that, but could not make them understand that .very unprofessional !!
