Rescheduled my appointment I made for my birthday an hour before I was supposed to be there for the next day at the same time. Get there 15 minutes before I’m supposed to be serviced. No one answers. Waited 30 minutes after my service time was supposed to start (so a total of 45 minutes because I do not live close and didn’t want to waste a trip) and she still did not show. I called the number on the door to no avail. WORST experience ever.
I went to my scheduled appointment, that was paid for on Groupon and the spa changed locations and did not contact me. The phone number from the website was also disconnected. I called the number on the notified me, they had been getting frequent phone calls similar to mine, but they were a separate company so I would have to pay for my services and book an appointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
