When my grandfather went on Hospice we used a Path of Care Hospice. They were phenomenal, the office staff is amazing. The nurses and aides took really great care of my grandfather. The social worker and chaplain also provided great support and friendship for my gpa. If your family member has to go on Hospice I would recommend A Path of Care for anyone...

As far as the care given by the nursing staff it's wonderfull .of all the care given by the medical staff in the yr and half we were w the company nvr was an issue .however i lost faith in the company it's self whom has a huge turnover rate w employees. In a field in desperate need of these particular ppl.
The team goes above and beyond. Giving 120% to careing for their patients. We would give them 10 stars if we could
