I had to share my fantastic experience with APS, which was truly above and beyond! I found myself in a bind after a last-minute truck switch left me with the wrong (though still brand new and boxed) power board parts. This was completely my issue, not theirs, but when I called and spoke with Emily, she was amazing. Even though I was outside the return window, they listened to my situation and swapped the parts for the ones I needed. APS is a great company. I had an issue with one of their products, and they went above and beyond to replace it. In less then one week, they had the replacement sent out honoring their warranty. They made it simple for even an old man to do easily. In this day and age it is hard to find companies that stand behind their products and value their customers like they do.
