APS is a great company. I had an issue with one of their products, and they went above and beyond to replace it. In less then one week, they had the replacement sent out honoring their warranty. They made it simple for even an old man to do easily. In this day and age it is hard to find companies that stand behind their products and value their customers like they do.

Over the top customer service. Emili and the whole staff has bent over backwards to resolve my issues. They go beyond expectations. Also kindly and I can't stop expressing their great job
I am highly impressed with the customer service at APS. I needed brackets for a discontinued line of running boards. After a couple of emails, the rep identified compatible brackets from a current line, and arranged shipment. I couldn't be more pleased. This type of service is hard to find!
