Steve Ambro did a home inspection and no where in his 39 page report did he mention any possible water leaks from a waterline that was turned off and going to my outside faucet. on my moving day the AC repairman turned on this waterline and I noted immediately that water was running out from under my exterior siding. To go on I had 3 water leaks from this water pipe over the next 24-36 hours that has ruined my hardwood floors.
