I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. A teeth cleaning was performed on my 18-year-old daughter without prior authorization or consent. When I questioned the charge, I received inconsistent responses: the nurse stated the dentist was aware, and the dentist then claimed the nurse was responsible. This lack of clarity and accountability is unacceptable and gave the impression that we were taken advantage of financially.
