Visited from out of town on Saturday and met the most delightful staff and class artists. Shop is beautifully and thoroughly stocked for such a great variety of interests-quilting, wool stitchery, Bernina, and rug hooking. I'll surely be back on future visits to Tyler.

Amazing store loaded with wool for hookers and material for quilters. Katie is an experienced teacher and we have had a blast these last 3 days! And we drove 6 hours to get here!

There's a fabulous selection of wool at this delightful fabric shop in Tyler. I also love the vast selection of cotton fabrics and books. I always stop in when I am in Tyler!

Great store! I’ve visited dozens of quilt stores from California to S. Carolina; from Toronto to Austin, and A Nimble Thimble is top shelf. Wonderful selection of fabrics, woolens, linen, threads, notions, and just about anything a sewist needs. Staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. Thanks, Katie, for giving East Texas a premium “quilt store.”
I have never been in the shop but I was able to order something from one of their photos. A shop that goes out of its way to help customers, that arent even customers.....yet!
This is by far the best quilt and wool shop in Texas. They stock everything from fabric and wool to tools and way too many patterns to keep you in the shop all day. They are experienced with Bernina sewing machines and will take the time to demonstrate them. For quilters and rug hookers, this shop is an adventure worth embarking. They also ship to those of us who don't live close by.
