This place is amazing.
I had an appointment tuesday at 4:30p, I called monday at 10:30a to cancel my appointment. I was told that I would have a $42 fee because I didn't give a 48 hours notice. I had received a call friday after hours to confirm, was told to call the office if I was unable to make it. So I did first thing Monday morning. I was told if I would have left a message it would have been ok, that they check messages over the weekend. Really!? Call for an appointment and when ask what insurance, I told them I did not have any, she preceded to be rude and tell me the initial visit will be $230 something before she even ask for any information. I guess they do not like to deal with people who do not have insurance.
