I had a less-than-pleasant experience with Dr. Alan Kaplan who, in my opinion, exhibited a god complex. While they may be highly skilled in their medical practice, I found their attitude toward me to be quite dismissive and condescending. In my interaction with him, I felt as though he were talking down to me and had a general lack of empathy. Dr Kaplan and his wonderful staff have been treatning me for 15 years. He is considerate an carefull, with a very gentle touch. I have been very pleased with all of his efforts for all these years
Dr. Kaplan is very friendly, however, he seemed to rush through every procedure I had with him. Unfortunately, his work was substandard and needed repair within 3 months.
I had root canal and front teeth crowns. He did an excellent job and would highly recommend him to everyone. The price was fair but not the cheapest. The staff was very helpful and honest. The entire job was very thorough.
I first went to Dr. Kaplan 5 months ago after a friend recommended him to me. This friend and his entire family have been going to Dr. Kaplan for years. The office is immaculate, the doctor is friendly, fast and thorough and I have nothing bad to say about the service. Another friend of mine went to Dr. Kaplan for some serious cosmetic work and was also very pleased with Dr. Kaplan!
He neglects to wear gloves. Just revolting. He has done this on severla occasions. It is a major health hazard. I will no longer use him as my dentist.
