I walked in yesterday afternoon to order flowers for prom. The woman was irritated that I wanted the flowers from the website that is linked on this page. The website said 12.95 and her price was 32! It is prom season so you shouldn't be irritated that someone wants to purchase something from your store/website! I called to have flowers delivered for my mother's birthday. My order was not completed because Jennifer did not write my CC # down correctly. Even after she repeated the numbers back and I had to correct her transcription. She also incorrectly wrote down my phone number, so I received no notification of an issue (I guess they don't have caller ID).
