Dr. Parks is a relatable individual. The information I gained in this class is invaluable. I like the fact that Dr. Parks builds commradary and makes everyone feel comfortable. Nobody wants to be on Probation and having been involving in an incarcerating offense is hard enough as it is; having to take FVIP and not know how you're going to pay for it is even worse; yet A NEW APPROACH provided multiple options for payment and several day's and time for a person to choose from, which helps. This program has been very informative. Dr. Parks and Ms. Rivers gave me a different outlook on how some behaviors can go unnoticed. It made me examine my own behaviors and look at some of the situations that were going on in my life. This class taught me not to have expectations and never assume anything.
