Honestly probably the best class/course I could have attended, Dr.Parks does such great job with any situation he helps with or life lessons he has given us all can be applied to everyday situations and decisions you are making.
I am grateful for Dr. Parks. I learned a lot in this class and have implemented a lot of the things in my day to day life.
Ms. Rivers was an exceptional host for this class. I learned a lot about controlling my anger, what are some signals that i'm getting angry and how to avoid them, thinking before making a decision, and how to deescalate a situation. One thing that mainly stuck out what is the decision going to put me in jail, cost me money, or death.
Highly recommend this place !
