We used this company for approximately two years, and unfortunately it was a deeply negative experience. The owner, Tamatha, was consistently unprofessional and showed clear bias. If she did not control the conversation, she resorted to intimidation tactics such as raising her voice, interrupting mid-sentence, and shutting down concerns rather than addressing them. We love A Nana's Touch. Other agencies have been pretty awful, but great staff and if something isn't a fit, no problem.
We have been with Nana's touch for 2 years. The company is very accommodating to schedules and family needs. The staff are always very friendly. The communication is great with Tami and her staff. I highly recommend Nana's Touch.
