Rude customer service!!! I called to get a quick quote of mirrors for a home gym and was abruptly placed on hold not once, but twice. When the woman returned to the phone, she claimed she could not quote me because they are closing, then asked if she can call me in the morning. Wait…I have been on hold for 5 minutes, and the website states business hours end at 5 PM, which is an entire hour from now. If you are unable to adequately service calls, do not answer.
