I’ve had a unit here at A+ storage for over a year now and I have had a great experience with the staff in every interaction. I was concerned about the AC being out in the unit for some time, but Frank kept in communication with me and updated me on repairs. He even discounted the bill for the inconvenience and I thought that was a nice gesture of customer service.
I'm looking at storage and this one appears where I see positive comments. And I had a bad experience in the past, especially with the manager Frank or Franky, who was always drunk and treated the workers poorly. This is the reason why no worker stayed more than a month and the manager continued. I think there was corruption. I don't understand how management doesn't see that the problem is the manager.
