I recently used Ryans company to inspect a duplex I was buying and he found problems that accounted for about 10k. His fee is reasonable, he is friendly and prompt. In 2016 an inspection must be done, money well spent. Bear
We recently had Ryan with A-Max do our home inspection for our new home and would highly recommend him! He is very thorough and easy to work with. He also had the inspection typed up and sent to us very quickly! Loved that he added pictures with everything so you had more than just words to go off of.
