As first time home buyers I was very impressed with the service Ryan provided. He was very throughout and looked at EVERYTHING. He took the time to talk through each thing with us as well as a recap at the end of his findings. The report was done far sooner then I ever would have expected. It was very nice to see someone take time with their work and not rush thru it. He really did an amazing job. We were referred through our realtor and I would highly recommend a max to anyone looking to purchase a home.
