Horrible customer service and when they don’t know the answers to your questions, they’ll just hang up on you
Very disappointing when you call over and over again and again, because you get disconnected or putting on hold for to long. Customer service sucks. Every time you call is the same story, get on-hold for too long, get disconnected, and no name of the person who’s answering the phone. Other offices have way better service than this one. By the way, they got your info but never call you back if call gets disconnected. Wish had the chance for NO star.
