Atencion al cliente 4/10 recomendaría a la agencia de A-MAX que mejoren la atención al cliente sobre todo en Bedford... He intentado 3 veces en diferentes ocaciones con esta compañía y no hay mejoras... Tuve que volver a cancelar esta póliza porque no te dejan quitar un carro a menos de que aceptes pagar para eso... en la póliza que acabo de tomar en otra compañia no hacen eso y la atención al cliente 10/10.. el downpayment y los pagos son fijos no cambian durante los 6 meses.. COSA QUE NO HACE A-MAX.
