My nails are big and bulky not file down enough, the design is nothing like the picture of the design I got off their page. I got them done last night and I’m going to have to go get them redone over. I think that unfair how I have to pay for something that they know looks horrible.

It’s always been my go to place except for one employee...her name is Mai she has the worst attitude every time I come and is always arguing with co workers about not wanting to do someone’s nails because she prefers to do toes. There’s always a complain about her but for some reason she doesn’t get fired 🤦🏻♀️ other than her it’s a good clean place! Please management if you’re reading this GET RID OF HER!! she’s bad for business! I’m here now and she made 5 people walk out

I normally come here to get my nails done. They usually do everything I ask. But the past 3 times I have gone, the lady just didn’t listen to anything I said. She wasn’t going to fix my nail until I said something and when I addressed it, she said it was my fault and laughed about it. She also attempted to over charge me and said she was “confused”. I will probably never go back.

Sat for 45 mins in cold pedicure water ignored, only to leave with wet feet. Ridiculous!
