Last year we bought a new HVAC system through A&M heating and cooling within 2 weeks it wasnt working they had to come replace something. Fall came along and its 50 outside and the furnace runs for 3 days straight so we call them they say it is normal for that to happen mind you its 50 outside so what's it going to do at 10 or -30.. it ran most all of the winter without turning off because they said it was normal. We had our air quit working in the middle of the summer, late July! I called A & M the first thing the next morning. They were able to get to us that day and super friendly. They had the part we needed on the truck and in 20 minutes or less they had our air in working order again! I recieved the bill in the mail a couple days later and with the part and labor it more than 1/2 the price I expected to pay! I would highly reccommend A&M to anyone I know! Very satisfied with them.
This has to be the BEST A/C system repair company in St Joseph, MO. They called, set a appointment, and the person that came by was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about my system. He did a few tests with my thermostat and then went straight to the furnace and knew what the problem was in seconds.
