Excellent service, great installers even moved our furniture. Very pleased.
Just wanted to say "thanks" to Steve and the installation crew for the fantastic job while installing carpet in four rooms and tile in the bathroom. I will only use A&M for flooring because they embody old school values and work ethic.
Customer service is rare these days. Steve was a refreshing/ pleasant surprise. He has such knowledge of the flooring industry, and, genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend Steve at A&M and will only purchase from him in the future!!! Flooring & installation were/are flawless.
I can't say enough good things about sales person Jose and also Juan Saldina's installation crew. Jose helped me select the wood that was best for my home and he was so nice and helpful. Juan and his crew did an excellent job installing the wood. Installers were accommodating and very professional. Did a beautiful job. Love my floors.
Will no longer be coming here ever again. Came by to look at what was available and took some samples home, guy gave us his card and said he'd call us in a few days. No calls. Returned the samples and was told will receive a call to follow up. No calls. Well that obviously shows you guys don't want our business. It's not a problem we did take our business elsewhere and am so glad we did. Got a better deal with much more appreciative and friendly customer service.
