I am a first time customer that needed a steering stem swapped from one triple tree to another. I was told mid week next week. This was Friday. I showed up mid week to pick up my trees so that I could put my motorcycle back together. What I ran into was a sheepish look of the mechanist saying I have not even touched your job.
