RecommendedIf ever in Hilton Head, I cannot recommend A Lowcountry Backyard enough. It was the best shrimp and grits and banana pudding I've ever had. Dave was an amazing server and made some wonderful suggestions about what to get. It's a great environment with live music and a real down-home feel. Even though I was an out of towner, they made me feel very welcome.

Wow. You just know how to do it. That's all there is to it. The ambiance. The food. Your staff- incredible! Mary waited on my husband and I tonight and she was one of the best waitresses we have ever had anywhere. You're doing an awesome job!
Love the ambiance of the outdoor garden! The food is wonderful! One of my favorites is the fried green tomatoes BLT!
The shrimp & grits were fabulous, along with the moonshine punch! (The drinks were strong.) The service and ambiance were great too.

RecommendedReally good place to eat. Went the 2nd day we were on our trip and liked it so much got carry out our last night on the island. Very nice staff also who also happened to originate from where were from. The meatloaf was AMAZING
Absolutely our new favorite restaurant!! The food was spectacular, service was excellent, and the outdoor seating along with live music added to a very enjoyable evening (even with the severe thunderstorm that hit as we were leaving). We can't wait to visit again!! :)
