RecommendedOur first stop when we reach the island is always A Lowcountry Backyard Restaurant. We feel like we are back with old friends when we sit down to a Backyard table. The food is so good--it is like visiting Grandma--full of flavor, and such variety! My personal favorite is the Charleston Fried Green Tomato BLT, but we've tried many different dishes and NEVER had a bad one. The desserts are off the charts!!
