Bought a 2006 Chrysler Sebring from here. It has been a great car, we drive it everyday from Brigham to Ogden. The sales guys were very nice and helped me get into it quickly.
They finaced me and my fiance' even though we had Sub-Prime Credit.. There was a problem with the car after we purchashed it, and they completly paid for all repairs. I bought a car from them almost 2 years back. I had just came out of a bankruptcy, and already had a reposessed car on my credit. The financing guy got me approved for a 2006 Sentra for only $500 Down. I've been driving it everyday since back and forth to work, and its been great. I had a few problems with some electrical stuff once when I power washed the motor, I took it to them and they showed me what was wrong and gave me great options for fixng it. Very satisfied with my decision.
I was very happy to see cars I actually wanted to drive in my price range.
They wouldn't allow me to take there car to my own mechanic so he could inspect it better so I could make sure the car was in Good condition
I bought a car from these people 2 years ago. I was told I could pick it up the next day because they had to get my new radio installed. The radio I wanted was not the one they got installed. And, I wasn't able to pick my car up for 3 days. After I did pick up the car, I went with my kids to the store then when we came back to the car there was a whole bunch of fluids under my car, and when I tried to start it, it was smoky and wouldn't do much. This place actually charged me $1000 over the price we had discussed. How they were able to sneak that by me is beyond me. Or if it was changed after the fact. CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK.. They tried to charge me basically 4500 for a car that book valued at about $1000. Once I caught the mistake, i talked to them about it. I was told "You signed it, Sorry!" I of course told them where to stick it, and they came and repossessed the car the same day! UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE customer service. They will take for anything they can. So BE... read more
I cannot believe who/what they can get financed! It did take a little bit of time to get everything in order but seriously the worst credit ever can get approved!! :)
It was a terrible experience. I just lost my car in an accident, and was looking for a new one. Found a PT Cruiser and purchased it in November of 2011. The salesman was nice, until it came time to cash the check from the insurance. He had me and my fiancee running around for 2 hours to different banks, each telling him they cant cash it. He then proceeded to yell at the bank employees and storm out. Eventually had to cash the check at my bank and write him a check for the amount.
