My 91 year old mother had a disappointing experience with A List Therapy Group in the South Bay Area. The physical therapist/scheduling coordinator failed to communicate with me (as per my request, mom has macular degeneration and significant hearing loss) and failed to show up for or arrange remaining treatments ordered by the insurance company, Kaiser Permanente. She received one treatment out of 4. I wasn’t pleased either.
Working here has been a great experience! We get lots of patients and has made me financially stable. Hoping nothing but more success to this company!
My mother received occupational therapy here, and the care has been incredible. The therapists are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, taking the time to understand her needs and helping her regain independence and confidence. The progress we've seen has been amazing, and the team always makes us feel supported every step of the way.
