I was discharged from the hospital with an order from my nurse case manager for in-home physical therapy. A-List Therapy accepted the assignment to provide the service. About five days later, the head of the organization came to my home to evaluate me and told me that a physical therapist named Roz would come twice the following week to begin treatment. Don’t believe these five star fake reviews. This company works with home health agencies and dont provide care directly. They were taking care of my father and the therapists would show up for 10 mins and leave. When pushed about this, they avoided it. No improvement at all. They should be ashamed of themselves for saying they are a therapy company.
