Words can’t express how grateful I’m to Delandra (child no 3) and Renee (child no 1 & 2)for providing an incredible birth experience! Labor of Love is an amazing place if you want knowledge, safety, respect, understanding and love of a woman giving birth in a natural and healthy way!
I used one of the doulas from Labor of Love for the delivery of my first child. The experience was very pleasant even as things started to get very tricky and uncertain in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. My doula was Brianna and she was great from the beginning. She was ready at mid-night when I went into labor and never left my side until literally kicked out by the hospital staff when I was in delivery. Having her there helped to make the labor more bearable and she did her best to make sure my wishes were being honored.
Renee Wymer is amazing. She supported me for my first all natural hospital water birth. I hope I am lucky enough to have her present when we decide to have a second.
Delandra is the best doula! I literally met her the day I went into labor and she was fine with me VBACing I was 40 weeks and 5 days pregnant she help baby get positioned good in my pelvis and left me with a birthing ball since I didn’t have one. 12am contractions hit and she was there in 20 min she supported my home water birth 100% she never made me uncomfortable in any way she will forever be my doula for any more future babies!
I used labor of love doulas for the birth of my first son in 2015 and again for my second son in 2019. Both births were phenomenal with the help of my doula Delandra. My 1st birth was at a hospital. my doula met me at my house as soon as contractions started .
