I’ve been coming to this salon regularly, which is why this experience was extremely disappointing. I got a Gel-X set and a pedicure, and unfortunately, the service I received was not what I wanted. The way management handled my complaint afterward made the experience even worse. My toenails were filed and rounded even though I did not ask for that shape. I honestly really wanted to like this place because I was looking for a new nail salon after relocating to Whittier. I had been going to the same nail shop in Anaheim for about four years, so finding a new place has been a mission. I came in as a walk-in after my dentist appointment I got a pedicure It was $30 plus I gave the girl a five dollar tip She made me a mini espresso to go I am pleased with my experience and results It’s a pretty nice spa and it’s clean
This place is fantastic! I am always so happy with my nails here. Tran takes my design ideas and makes them even better! They always last a long time too and I get so many compliments. I know I’m in the very best hands when I come here. Everything is very clean and relaxing. I feel so at peace here. David the man up front, is always helpful and makes sure I get a water or whatever I need as soon as I walk in. I refuse to go anywhere else.
