Such a yummy find. It is all fresh ingredients from local farms. It also has options for my son who has food allergies, so all of their ice cream is nut free and has vegan options. Very unique flavors are offered as well and we enjoyed our experience.

Best ice cream near me! Super creamy ice cream flavors and sorbets all with special unique toppings to add dimensions of flavor. My favorite is the salted caramel, and second is espresso chip!

Lovely tribute to a wonderful man.. thank you for bringing the DELICIOUS lemon custard ice cream in honor of Bob Evans. He introduced me to A la minute right when it opened and I’ve been a customer ever since. The lemon custard is my all time favorite. Thank you.

Loved the salted caramel ice cream! Fun for kids to watch when they make it cold.... all kinds of dry ice! I was skeptical that it would taste good but it was so delicious!

I used to absolutely love this shop, with the amazingly creamy fresh-made ice cream, frozen on the spot with liquid nitrogen! But ever since they've changed over to pre-making the ice cream and scooping it out of buckets, it just isn't as good. They have changed their flavors, so instead of the delightfully fresh ice cream I was addicted to, the last couple of times I've been there, I got an overly-sweet, gummy-textured glop that I ended up throwing in the trash after a few bites. It's not *bad* ice cream, but it's not *good... read more

Aww, à la minute do the nitrogen freeze anymore. The ice cream doesn’t taste as rich and creamy anymore, and it melts more quickly. They combine all the sauces inside the ice cream instead of adding it on top. I had to ask to put the honey. Makes me sad. I used to like this place. 🙁

UPDATE: This place has revived itself best tasting Ice Cream again. Love the New Late Night Hours!! Loved this place. would stop on the way home everyday. Now not the same since the new setup. Definetely no longer the freshest Ice Cream. Not so happy with the new switch to this amazing establishment.

I used to look forward to fresh icecream whipped up instantly while you watch . It was so fresh and creamy smooth . The new set up of digging scoops out of frozen buckets has lost some appeal to the experience and the product quality of freshness is gone . It's still a tasty treat , but not as good as before
