My representative is Cynthia, she is very rude to the point where I was so frustrated with the things she was saying that her rudeness made me cry. We have only months left that is due on our vehicle. Every month we have paid them and some months we were late only by days to be harassed by this company. I have never been over 30 days late and yet they still treat their customers who are past due like we don't pay our bills and we are scum. i have been paying my car note for the last 3 years. i was in desperate need of a reliable car. the car i had kept breaking down on me and thats where shaddy al financial comes in. Yes truth hurts i brought a car without reading the small print HOWEVER!
