The most horrible financial institution ever it's 4 months of payments shows past due on my credit report I contacted them several times they just lie and play games because they know I'm looking to refinance and they are holding it hostage on my credit....now im here to see if any similar cases here please contact me to start a legal action agaisnt this financial institution that thinks they are above the law .

I think this place must be an agency that creates jobs for former inmates. The people who answer phone are so rude and their grammar skills are so lacking. No one at this office knows what customer service means. They behave as if they are a collection agency. Rude. Rude. Rude. I agree, they are the worst Finance company ever. They are rude, I cant even rate them a 1 star. I will have to look in to a trade in, since they refuse to help refinance my car, they had said after a 18 months i'd be able to do so, now she says they cant do it! I just send my payment and avoid any contact with them. I work in Customer service and would never be so rude to anyone, after all we are the reason they have a job!!
Worst. Finance. Company. Ever. ENDLESS threats and phone calls. Traded in my car just to get away from them. When they called requesting payment and were notified of the trade in they had the balls to say we should've asked them first. Hahahaha. Idiots.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Unprofessional, Unhelpful, Unwilling to cooperate. My car had been in an accident and was totaled. I could no longer continue to afford my car payment so I voluntarily surrendered my car. At the time of the surrender they had told me that I could set up a payment plan to continue paying my car off but at a more affordable rate for me since it was surrendered.
