Very very effective deep tissue massage. My right shoulder has been locked in a compromised position for years due to computer use and sleep position. Tiffany really helped me. In just one session, I feel a difference. Later that day, I got a pump in my right side delt for the first time in years, because my shoulder was in the right position for it to activate. Definitely getting more going forward.
Wow…Tiffany was fantastic. Talented at what she does. Professional, caring, and listened to what I needed to help with back pain. Will be back.
Tiffany is both gifted and thoughtful. She listened and didn't take offense as I asked for attention to specific spots on my back. I think I have found my "go to" person for body work!

I had about 18 mos of built up tension in my neck and shoulders, and she got rid of it, plus massaged the rest of my body. I can’t say enough great things about her technique, the immediate feeling of ease she puts a person at, and her kindness and professionalism. Ten out of ten would recommend.
